I have never done header fabrication before and was wondering where to buy 5/8" tubing in the round hoops instead of the J and U bends. Also does the hooker header exhaust alignment sleeves work well?
I came across a deal on a turbo charger and in the process in finding another identical one. How thick would I need the exhaust tubing to be to make my custom turbo headers? Thanks

I have used the hooker alignment sleeves I liked them. I just got a bunch of J-bends from Hooker that is all I ever used.

I should have put 1 5/8" tubing. I dont know how much ceramic coating costs because the headers I am wanting to make will be very long.

Call Nitro Plate in Nashville ask for Chris. Tell him that you are a member of the forum and I told you to call.
