Whats It Worth?

I know a guy who has a 62 Biscayne 2-door hardtop for sale. It has some rust in the floor boards, around the wheel wells, and behind the rear tires on the bottom of the quarter panels. No motor or trans. Some dents. No interior. I really like this year of Biscayne but I don't know alot about them. What is something like that worth?

Johnny it doesn't matter what it is worth. What do they want for it? Is the real question.

Thanks for the help Lou. I will let you know how the deal turns out and post some pictures if I get it bought. Now I just have to get my wife on board and come up with the money.

whatever happened with this biscayne?  did you get the wife on board?  $800 doesn't seem like much, but the thousands you would have put into a project like this, plus the blood, sweat and tears... let us know how you made out.

I never could get a set deal with the guy, so I walked away from the deal.  It would have been a fun project but I have moved on to Hot Rods and left the expensive builds like this behind for awhile.
