Hey lou, got a question for you, I dig the little car /big motor thing . There were alot of them, the most famous being the Cobra. My question is , what is the differcne between an AC Bristle and an AC Ace. Thanks buddy, and I think it is really cool that as busy as you are you still find the time to bull-shit with us every day.

That would be Bristol. A bristle is what's on a toothbrush...or a wire brush for that matter. Spelling does matter in some cases.
Sorry, I can't help you with the differences.

That's why this country is going in the toilet. Everyone from the President down to the the french-fry guy has that "It's good enough for me" attitude! What ever happened to "Be all that you can be?" What happened to striving for excellence? We're going to be darn near a third world country by the time Obama and the crooked crew he's bringing in are done with us. The Japanese, Chinese, and Russians are getting on the excellence bandwagon we brought to the party and we can't even tie our shoes any more. We get this namby-pamby "that's OK. Here's your diploma" crap.
Dude, it's not just you. Look around everywhere you do business and see if anyone is trying to do their best or just get by. I can't even get it the way I order it at Burger King any more. I still have faith that there are some striving for excellence when I see guys like Lou and a few others and what they are doing, but it darn sure isn't common any more. This "hand me a check" attitude we've been cultivating in our kids for the last 30 years or so is finally coming back to bite us in the butt. It's time to strive.

I have to say I am a little insulted by the way your talking to me. I was just kidding when I that was good enough for me. For you to say that because I have spelled a word wrong , that I am the fall of our country as we know it,I think maybe you have some issues that you need to deal with. Yes im a bad speller so if you would like you can grade this post for me. I understand what you are saying about other countries and their strive for the best while the U S does seem to be lacking in that. Out of respect for Lou and this forum I will be nice and assume that you are having a bad day and will not try to insult me in the future. Im going out today and going to grab me a Websters so I can improve my spelling and be all I can be. I did notice that you need to check your spelling as well. I understand that is only part of what you are talking about but the part about me not being all I can be , is you just talking out of your ass. BTW I did not vote for Obama , im stuck with him just like you are.

No need to shit on one person for the decline in quality. I live in Canada and we're faced with the same shit....Where is the pride in getting shit right. I'm a machinist/millwright alot of my friends say I'm too " nitty- gritty" I know we are not perfect but why can't I get my coffee the way I ask for it!!! Oh and German engineering has been bringing quality to the party for many years. North America needs to get more trades people trained to make better products, without products we have nothing to sell, no number of fucking suits sitting in an office can fix that.

Cementshoes the info I found about the AC vehicles mentioned that the biggest difference between the AC Ace and the AC Ace-Bristol is the engine that was used in it. The Bristol used a 6 cylinder engine that was developed by BMW.
