We did something kinda nifty with the bed on my S10 . I bought some sealed LED trailer lights from eBay , then tacked some studs on the back of the roll pan.Drilled holes where only the LED showed through instead of entire tail light.Top row on esch side is turn/tail/brake , bottom is reverse lights.

Really simple in a tricky kind of way. Took a regular rollpan, studs on the back welded in and used trailer LED bar lights after marking only where the leds were in the bar. Here's some pics. The top row is turn , running and brake while thge bottom is reverse lights. Rather inexpensive , too. Also primered rest of the truck afterwards from hideous gold factory color to hideous yellow primer , lol.
